"Christmas Eve... This company was great to do business with. 2.5hrs into our trip from Kansas City to Austin TX we found ourselves stranded. The gentleman that answered the phone was very kind & patient in helping figure out where we needed to be picked up. Freddy arrived quickly and was very compassionate. He made sure we had everything we needed out of the truck before he took it to the dealership. He even made a point to come back to make sure we had an item me mentioned in earlier conversation. Additionally he went out of his way to call us to let is know the truck made it to the dealership before it closed for the day. That above & beyond customer service is not often received. Thank you to all for making a stressful situation more manageable."
